The Dufferin Piecemakers Quilting Guild(DPQG) is guided by a Constitution, Bylaws, and Procedural Guidelines that are living documents and were last updated in 2025. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these documents as they guide all members actions at meetings and Guild events.  Further,  the DPQG requires all members to agree to and abide by a Code of Conduct.  The Code was written and accepted in 2024 and is now a part of our membership package and Constitution/ Bylaws. 

One of the cornerstones of the Guild's mission is to foster an atmosphere of kindness, support and respect for all members as outlined in the Constitution and Bylaws. The Code of Conduct clarifies the basic standards of behaviour expected of all members of the Guild and offers a clear roadmap of how grievances will be addressed and resolved. It is a living code that is open to amendment as needed.

The Constitution and Bylaws as well as the Code of Conduct are linked below.  Any member or guest who feels that the Code of Conduct has been breached can complete the form below or email the Guild. Breaches of the Code of Conduct will be dealt with immediately, BUT cannot be submitted anonymously as the information provided must be verified.
